About the Course

In this course, young ladies will embark on an exciting journey to discover the fundamentals of business etiquette and the importance of presenting oneself with confidence and grace in different environments.


Course Highlights:


Introduction to Etiquette:

  • Understanding the concept of etiquette and how it differs in a professional setting vs a social environment.

  • Learning the basics of polite behavior, respect, and consideration for others.


Communication Skills:

  • Developing effective verbal and non-verbal communication techniques.

  • Practicing proper greetings, introductions, and polite conversation starters.

  • Practicing polite conversation and formal environment behavior.


Dress for Success:

  • Exploring the significance of appropriate attire for different occasions.


Confidence and Poise:

  • Building self-confidence through posture, eye contact, and body language.

  • Engaging in fun activities and role-playing scenarios to practice poise in various settings.


Practical Applications:

  • Participating in interactive games and activities to reinforce lessons learned.

  • Practicing real-world scenarios to build confidence in professional settings.
